Trade Discount Terms & Conditions

Trade discounts are available to bona fide trade customers, including builders, contractors, developers, and related businesses.

To qualify, customers may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Company registration details (if applicable)
• Proof of trading activity (e.g. website, invoice, business card)
• VAT registration number (if registered)

We reserve the right to approve or decline Trade Account applications at our discretion.

Trade discounts are applied based on the total order value (excluding VAT) as follows:

• Tier 1: Orders from £250+ — 8% discount
• Tier 2: Orders from £7,000+ — 10% discount
• Tier 3: Orders from £25,000+ — 15% discount

Discounts apply to the total value of goods supplied within a single order and cannot be combined across multiple orders.

All prices are based on our standard retail pricing structure.

Trade discounts are applied at the quotation stage and will be clearly shown on all quotes and order confirmations.

Trade discounts cannot be combined with:

• Promotional offers
• Special discounts
• Price-matched quotations

Only one discount structure applies per order.

Order values are calculated excluding VAT, delivery, and any additional services unless stated otherwise.

The applicable discount tier is determined by the total confirmed order value at the time of order placement.

If an order is amended after confirmation and the total value changes:

• The applicable discount tier may be adjusted accordingly
• A revised quotation will be issued if necessary

Standard payment terms apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trade discounts are conditional upon payments being made in accordance with agreed terms.

Trade discounts are provided strictly for business purposes.
We reserve the right to withdraw trade pricing if:

• Goods are purchased for non-trade or personal use
• False or misleading information is provided
• The account is misused in any way

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this Trade Discount structure at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
