United with double/triple glued elements, connected in a single-framed construction our products provide heightened performance in varying climatic conditions.
During the production of our double glazed windows, we scrutinise every last detail of the process. That’s why we use paints and varnishes from TEKNOS. Being one of our most trusted partners, we can guarantee that your windows will be painted and varnished to the highest of standards. Our range of paint colours is based on the RAL palette, enabling us to offer almost a limitless choice of finishes. Initial enquiry
Before we provide a quotation we would encourage you to supply sizes, specifications and/or drawings. If you are unsure of the specification and need advice, perhaps due to the bespoke nature of the project, we are happy to make an initial site visit.
Quotation Support
We will provide a clear, detailed quotation that meets your requirements. We are always available to discuss the quotation in detail to allow you to review and revise the specifications.
Order
Upon receipt of an order, we will send you a Customer Contract which incorporates a list of terms & conditions for you to sign-off before we proceed with your order.
Supply and Installation
Once the approval document is signed-off we will progress with your order. If you have requested that we provide installation, then this will be carried out by our FENSA registered installation team.
After Sales Support
Upon completion, we provide a warranty for all products and supporting maintenance guidance. In the unlikely event of a problem, we will carry out the necessary remedial work in accordance with our product guarantees.
We operate a nationwide service and will never turn down enquiries from the whole of UK. But as our office is located in South East London, we offer installations to local areas.
