A MESSAGE FROM RANEBROOK WINDOWS (COVID-19)
To all our customers,
These last few weeks have been completely unprecedented. We have been working hard to make the right decisions under difficult circumstances, and we hope that we have so far got this right.
Given how the situation has developed over this past week, we have decided to temporarily stop our installation services, until further notice. The safety of our customers, colleagues, and the communities we serve is paramount. We are making decisions daily to ensure we protect everyone during this period.
As always, we are committed to serving you on ranebrook.co.uk. All our teams are operating from home and are ready to serve you as normal.
Our online store timberwindowsonline.co.uk also remains open.
To make your order placing experience as worry-free as possible, we have made some updates:
We are pleased to continue to be able to offer a home delivery option for our customers. You will be able to accept your order at the front entrance of your home.
Also, we will be offering a ‘contact-free delivery’ right to everyone’s doorsteps. These include:
- Asking customers to choose a safe place for deliveries.
- If a safe place hasn’t been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, then couriers will leave it there, even when there is someone in the property. A photo will be taken, and this will be included in the delivery notification email.
We are operating a contactless site survey service for our customers which will be operated outside of your home. A colleague will meet you and discuss your order, ensuring that social distancing rules are adhered to.
